Profesor asociado en la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, donde dirige el Área de Ética y Responsabilidad Profesional. En lo que toca a la pedagogía jurídica, su investigación se centra en el currículo oculto dentro de las facultades de derecho, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica.

Es PhD en Derecho, economía y empresas por la Universidad de Girona, España. Es profesora Emérita de la Universidad de Los Andes, Mérida, Venezuela: jefe de cátedra de Introducción al Derecho, adscrita al Departamento de Metodología y filosofía del Derecho.
MARIA FRANCISCA ELGUETA ROSAS es profesora de Historia y Geografía, Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación (UMCE). Diplomada en Gestión Universitaria (UMCE).
Doctor en Educación por la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa. Diplomado en Política y Retórica por la UNAM. Especialista en Argumentación Jurídica por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Asesor en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México para la implementación de los juicios orales.
Abogado año 2012, licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales Universidad Central de Chile. Egresado programa Magíster en Derecho con y sin menciones Facultad de Derecho Universidad de Chile año 2017.
